Crankshaft Stage6 R/T 44mm stroke / 90mm conrod Minarelli
Crankshaft Stage6 R/T 44mm stroke / 90mm conrod Minarelli
Video Description Stage6 R/T high-end crankshaft Yamaha AeroxStage6 R/T crankshaft for 50cc scooters with Minarelli horizontal engine with flow-optimized design. Fits many 50cc scooter models such as Yamaha Aerox / Neo's / Jog, Malaguti F12 / F15, Aprilia SR50 and many moreAdvantages of Stage6 R/T tuning crankshaftMeticulously balanced high-end full-circle crankshaft with tungsten inserts that can be used with cylinders with 90mm connecting rods and 44mm stroke. The tuning crankshaft features precision manufacturing and adherence to tight tolerances. The forged, then CNC-milled connecting rod is extremely resistant and offers maximum strength for use in racing engines, while at the same time optimizing the flow characteristics. The very precise balancing via high-quality tungsten inserts prevents strong vibrations and ensures smooth engine running. The top-of-the-line crankshaft comes with a top quality small end bearing.Fitting the Stage6 R/T crankshaft for MInarelliThe Stage6 R/T crankshaft was developed as the perfect complement for the Stage6 R/T Big Bore 95cc cylinder, but can of course also be used with other racing cylinders with 90mm connecting rod, e.g. with the 2Fast 94cc, the Bidalot WR 88 or the Malossi Testa Rossa 94.The crank webs of the Stage6 R/T crankshaft have a larger diameter than the original model. Machining of the crankcase is therefore necessary. The final dimensions of the crankcase after machining should be 76.8 mm (+ 0.2 mm). When installing, make sure to use a new pair of crankshaft bearings and seals.TECHNICAL DETAILS FOR STAGE6 R/T crankshaft Minarelli scooter:High end racing crankshaftStroke: 44 mmConnecting rod length: 90 mmPiston pin: 12, 13 and 14 mm1x small end bearing: 12x17x16 mm1x small end bearing: 14x17x17 mmMachining crankcase: 76.8 ± 0.2 mmIncl. Notes and Safety How to change a crankshaft? The crankshaft is one of the main components of the engine and is responsible for the smooth operation of motorcycle, scooter and moped, whether with two-stroke or four-stroke engine. The longevity of the engine depends not only on the proper condition of the crankshaft, but also on the fact that it is properly mounted. For a correct installation of the crankshaft, we recommend our tutorial: Crankshaft disassembly and assembly. How can I tell if my crankshaft is Damaged?A broken crankshaft causes metallic noises, unusual vibrations, leaking oil seals and drastically reduces the performance of the two-wheeler. In any case, the vehicle must be stopped
