Better rigidity means better performance in all circumstances.Compared to the Minarelli OEM gearbox cover, this cover has 2 needle bearings on the secondary axles to reduce friction, which also improves performance on tuned scooters that are not tuned to the max.Also included is an orange Stage6 R/T FKM oil seal for the drive shaft, which gives this transmission cover an extra touch.superior stability due to Viton O-ring sealAn outstanding feature of this product is the HQ Viton O-ring seal. By eliminating the classic paper gasket, stability is improved and the connection between the cover and engine housing is optimized, resulting in better performance due to less torsion. This gasket represents a significant difference in performance compared to other tuning gearbox covers.In addition, the cover does not have to be milled if you want to install an oversize rear pulley. The Stage6 transmission housing is compatible with both OEM and Oversize rear pulley kits.Note: In Minarelli vertical engines, there are instances where the OEM pulley rubs against the cover a little; this can be remedied by lightly grinding/milling the protruding pulley.
