Description Reinforced Naraku starter clutch without starter motor ring gear. For both standard and tuned scoots with Minarelli-based Chinese engines (1E40QMB) such as CPI, Keeway, Generic. In tuned engines this is usually the first part in the starter mechanism to fail; due to the increased compression, it is subject to greater forces. There is a transport safety catch in the starter clutch (a metal ring), which prevents the rollers from loosening. Before mounting the ring gear, make sure to remove this metal ring!!
