It is supplied with a 47.6 mm piston, two-piece HC cylinder head and adapter plate for the external studs.The CNC-machined adapter plate is screwed onto the engine housing and holds the cylinder via external stud bolts. This eliminates the need for continuous stud bolts, which in turn clears the way for further performance-enhancing modifications to the exhaust and transfer ports. The thermic properties are excellent - the combustion chamber insert is bolted to the cylinder at five points, each bolt is cooled by its own cooling pocket. The critical areas at the stud bolts are thus stabilized and the risk of piston seizure is minimized.Reinforced Stage6 R/T crankshaftThe tuning crankshaft with 85mm conrod features precision manufacturing and adherence to exacting tolerances. The forged, CNC-machined connecting rod is extremely resistant and ensures maximum strength when used in racing engines, at the same time its design optimizes flow dynamics for enhanced performance. The very precise balancing via lightweight metal inserts mitigates strong vibrations and ensures smooth running. The top-of-the-line crankshaft comes with a top quality small end bearing.racing exhaust Stage6 R/T 70The exhaust is made of 0.8mm sheet metal. The expansion chamber is composed of several hand-welded cones, making for amazing performance AND a stunning look. The carbon silencer silencer with CNC-milled end caps is mounted with springs, the exhaust bracket with "silentbloc" rubber buffers adds a great finishing touch.
