Shipping

Order Processing

Products in stock: Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM) are packed and shipped the same business day.

Products not in stock: These products are delivered to us within the time indicated next to the product price. Once received, we ship within 1 business day.

Mixed orders (in-stock + out-of-stock products): Orders are shipped only when all items are available (based on the longest delivery time).

All orders are dispatched within 1 business day after receiving all items.

Note: If you want in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us — additional shipping within Poland is FREE.

Warranty & Returns

If a product is defective, we will:

Replace it with a new one, or
Issue a full refund

Returns of Non-Defective Products

You can return items within 14 days
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Item must be in original packaging
Item must not be damaged
Item must not lose its commercial appearance
Item must be complete

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned if they are in good condition:

Balaclavas
Thermal clothing

Electronic Products

Warranty applies only if:

Product was used correctly
No misuse or damage occurred

To claim warranty, you must provide the invoice (proof of purchase). Warranty repairs are free of charge during the warranty period.

Custom Orders

Products ordered individually (via phone, email, or custom request) cannot be returned.

Important: Please make sure the product fits your scooter or motorcycle before purchasing.

Customs Duties

Customs fees are not included in shipping price.

The customer must pay import duties when the package reaches their country.
